Thanksgiving!

This year Thanksgiving was at our house. My parents were there, along with Scott, Lydia, Logan, Dean's parents, mawmaw & niece Camille. Dean's brother lives in Texas & our nephew plays high school football & they were still in the playoffs so they weren't able to join us. Camille spent the week with Dean's parents.

We had a really good day & a lot of delicious food! I managed to get my trees up Thursday night & Friday I got them decorated & the rest of the house done too.

LSU played Arkansas Friday afternoon. The game was pretty pathetic until the end when they came back & won. I felt bad for Arkansas. The best part of the game was the fact that Dean went to Caliente (after much begging because I had hair on top of my head, no makeup & glitter all over me)to pick up lunch!
Yes, 2 to go boxes for my enchiladas, chimichanga, rice & beans & yes that's a TV tray. There were Christmas decorations all over every surface.

Saturday evening the girls (me, Wendy & Allison) celebrated my friend Vicki's 40th birthday! We had dinner at Roberto's. It was fabulous! Well, once we got a table. They don't take reservations & I've never had to wait before. Well, we waited a good 45 mins. Oh well. It was worth it.

Sunday morning was my last long run before the Half. I was a little nervous.
I did it though! My goal has been to finish in under 2.5 hours. I was happy to see that it is indeed a possibility!
