It just doesn't have the same ring to it as Weigh In Wednesday. Oh well. I'm only down .8 pounds this week. I blame July 4th. I weigh just about everyday now just to keep track of things. As of Monday morning I was down 2.8. UGH! I could kick myself. Oh well, I'm back on track now. I was back at Yogalates yesterday & I'll be there again today. Allison & I are walking Saturday too. That's all for now!

ReplyDeleteTraci, I know how you feel. I had lost the 3 lbs. that I gained on vacation but the 4th brought back 2 of them:(:(:( It only gets harder, the older you get. I look forward to being 70 someday and eating any darn thing I want:):):) XO, Pinky
